AI Ledgerli is the outsourced finance practice of VPJ & Associates, a firm of over a hundred working across audit and assurance, corporate finance, risk advisory, taxation and transaction advisory.

The brand traces back to 2017, when it was founded in Wyoming to give US businesses a dedicated, senior team for bookkeeping and month end close, without the overhead of building that function in house.

Today it operates as the outsourced finance arm of VPJ & Associates, the chartered accountancy firm whose partners review and sign off every engagement that carries the AI Ledgerli name.
